Production Time
Due to the artistic nature of each finished piece, allow 2-3 weeks from factory receipt of artwork to shipping of finished goods.

Leather
Rata uses only the finest quality full grain lambskin and top grain cowhide. Our rich and luxurious leathers are available in the following options which are marked throughout the web-site: Super Soft Lambskin in Hunter Brown, Burgundy and Black; Soft Cowhide in Hunter Brown, Burgundy, Black and NEW Navy Blue and Forest Green; European Soft Cowhide in Brown, Burgundy and Black; Cowhide Tooling Leather in Hunter Brown, Redwood and Black; and Nu-Buck in Green(available in limited items).

Die Charges
No charge for single dies with orders meeting minimum quantities outlined on current price schedule.

Second Location Embossing
There is a $35.00(x) die charge and a .35(g) each running charge for a second location embossing. For our name plate embossing there is no charge.

Paper Proofs
A line drawing showing size and location of your art will be provided for a $10.00(x) charge each.

Proofs
Proofs will be furnished at a $35.00(x) net charge plus cost of item, when accompanied with order. Allow an additional 2 weeks from receipt of approval by Rata for finished goods when proofs are required.

Speculative Sample Embossing
Speculative samples are available at item cost plus $100.00(x) each. Which will be rebated to a Proof with a resulting order.

Over Runs and Under Runs
On embossed merchandise we will make every effort to ship exact quantities, however we reserve the right to ship +/-5% and bill accordingly.

Insertion
Rata will insert cards or apply stickers supplied by the customer for a nominal charge.  Please call for pricing.

Packaging
Products are packaged in individual poly bags. Gift boxes are available for most items and are priced on our current price schedule.

Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all orders shipped United Parcel Service ground. Air shipments via Federal Express F.O.B. our Utah factory. Special rates apply.

Freight Claims
The legal responsibility passes from Rata to the customer when merchandise is consigned to the carrier.

We also reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and needed parts. Also, Rata will not be responsible for the inability to ship any orders due to material or parts shortages. Any claims for repair, replacement or refund must be presented in writing within 30 days.
